Diary - Glossary

They say its good to write a diary, an account of ones life... something you can read later, learn from mistakes... but will it be worth the effort? Well i am not writing this to read later or to improve my writing skills or to create witnesses to my life... may be it will help me remember my past better in case i plan to write a book and earn some cash!! My life has been pretty interesting and i guess will always be interesting...

To describe my surroundings and to define a few words which i'll be using often...
CR107 - this is our classroom in our first year. In 'Calvin' style... 'time enters a no passing zone in this room'.

Section E - this is my section(our batch is divided into 5 sections named A - E). Arguably the coolest section among all... We have 3 cars owners, many committee members, more girls than any other section, people who can be spotted in places like Ganj and waves all the days of the week and even in places like Bridge workshop, half of the strength is constituted by Section E.

pp(standing for mlnpp Prasanth), Ruchita, Maddy(Priyesh Madhukar), Prasun - My benchmates
i cant list the names of all my 56 friends of my section, so i'll mention the rest as and when required

Prof Rudra(called Rudro) - Eco Prof.
Prof Sahay - OM prof who starts each class with a prayer
Prof Anjani Koomar - sometimes also called Pain Koomar for his unending enthusiasm for making people learn
Prof Vipul - Manac II, has replaced AKM a self proclaimed AK47
Prof Purwar - teaches Marketing, the most easy going prof we got... ' Lets look at this more closely'
Prof Bhattacharya, also called Golu, True sense... teaches us QAM and tries very hard to make us understand...

Our class is in shape of a semi circle, with a projector fixed to the ceiling and an old 3M OHP facing the black board. It is air-conditioned, with primitive but still, reclining chairs who are on steps, so the back benches are elevated. It has a big clock on the rear wall, which seems like an old cat to us and like a wild dog to the profs. It has big windows with curtains drawn blocking the light and making use of artificial light necessary.. in all some 24 tubelights function throughout the class timings... It also has a big screen for projector which can be scrolled up and down.
A wide dice on which we give our presentations... and finally we have fixed seating arrangements so we sit according to destiny and not by our own design.

i guess this is it about our classroom...

so guess my diary wont need explanations... more later
